Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for using the services of! Please read our return policy as your satisfaction as a customer is very important to us. We issue refunds under the following conditions:

  • Full refund within 60 days if the customer received an unusable license with the product code, but first you must contact our customer support at to determine why the license is not working with the software code.
  • Full refund within 60 days if the customer did not receive a license with the software code at all by email.
  • Software codes MUST be used within 60 days of purchase or your warranty will be void.
  • WE DO NOT REFUND payments if the customer received a functioning license with the software code!

To receive a refund, the buyer must contact us by email at: reserves the right to verify the details of the license activation of the software code within seven calendar days. If our test shows that the license for the software code has already been activated after purchase, then reserves the right to refuse a refund as the service has been provided according to the agreement.
